I grew up on the East Side of Orange County and graduated from Florida A&M University with a degree in English. Now I'm a journeyman teacher working in North Carolina.

On this blog I take notes, fragments of ideas I'm catching day by day. I also share stories and archive songs. I keep bookshelves too, where titles are neatly tucked after I've read them.
